Details of Directors / Key Personnel / Engineers / Skilled & Unskilled Staff Given Elsewhere

1. On allotment of a work, the Company establish its Site Office, at the place of work headed by the Experienced and well qualified Directors, exercising full powers, which remains in operation and functional till completion of the said work and its handing over back to the Department / Client concerned.
2. The Organizational set up of the Sites is also established on the above pattern.
3. The Personnel especially Skilled and others are all sufficiently experienced in their respective trade, which runs over 10 - 15 years.

Details of Manpower And Other Personnel Available With The Company

There are a large number of personnel of different categories who are borne on regular establishment of the Company. These include as on date several Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and other highly qualified and experienced Engineers including Degree and Diploma Holders, in their respective trades essentially meant for execution of the Projects in their respective fields. In addition, the Technical Wing also includes various personnel like Surveyors, Foreman, Supervisors, Mechanics, Fitters, Electricians, Welders, Operators for all types of Machines, Carpenters, Masons, Helpers, Khalasi etc. whose number is around 250. Similarly on the Administrative and Finance sides we have a large contingent of about 150 personnel comprising of Sr. Managers, Managers, Purchase Officers, Store Officers, Drivers, Security Guards and other classes of staff besides the Clerical staff who are very well experienced. All these wings are properly manned by competent, well qualified and experienced manpower.

In addition to the aforementioned Staff Data, the Company also recruits additional Technical and other manpower at different Sites as per requirement, to meet the requirements of individual Project and this is done in the interest of smooth execution and timely completion of each Project, and in consultation with the Employers, from time to time. These also include Engineers and other Staff recruited at the Site of the Projects. Their number varies from time to time.

As far the Personnel borne on establishment of the Company is concerned, they are entitled to various benefits and other perks, in accordance with the Company Rules and Regulations. The welfare of the staff is uppermost in the mind of the Company Management, and welfare measure are undertaken from time to time.
